MITCHELL - DECEMBER 4, 2023 - Perry Reynolds has served out his term as Mitchell City Council District 3 and did not seek a second term. During Monday nights meeting Reynolds made the last motion and his last vote as council member.

" I am glad I was able to serve as a city council member and I will miss serving," said Reynolds. Reynolds says he plans to continue to attend the meetings.
" I feel in some parts our city has progressed and in some parts the city has regressed," added Reynolds.
" I would like to see us all pulling together as a town, and for one thing making the town better," concluded Reynolds.
