BEDFORD - NOVEMBER - 3, 2023 - A little Caesars franchise is coming to Bedford, Indiana located at 2605 16th Street owned by Jerry Ford.
Construction crews have started working on the building which held the former TCBY and now will be a pizza place. The City of Bedford issued a permit for $35,000 in construction costs at the building.
