BEDFORD - DECEMBER 19, 2023 - A $1.5 million project is now underway at the former Georges Gateway located at 2201 M Street.

" I started out in a small business with 4 Seasons Lawn Care and Landscape out of my garage. My other business ventures include 4 Seasons Tree Service, Eager Enterprises and 4 Seasons Storage will become my fourth business," said Marty Eager owner 4 Seasons Storage.
The project is not expected to be finished until June 2024.
There will be 11 buildings which will be fenced in with a six foot black chain linked fence, a security kiosk with blacktoped pavement.
Eager has been a business owner with a vision to continue offering products and services that are in high demand in the Lawrence County community.
Since the Georges Gateway fire the property has set empty, and this project will bring tax revenue to the City of Bedford.
