WILLIAMS - MARCH 14, 2023 - Tonya Chastain, Lawrence County Tourism Director asked permission to use the Williams Covered Bridge for the 5th annual Dinner during the Lawrence County Commissioners meeting on Tuesday morning.
The commissioners approved the request with Lawrence County Commissioner Wally Branham telling those in attendance he cannot hardly wait for the event.
The event will be held on September 9, 2023, starting at 5:00 pm
More than 180 attended last year's event that was sponsored by the Lawrence County Tourism and Williams Community Foundation. In 2022, some people got turned away because tickets sale very quickly.
