FORT RITNER - JANUARY 5, 2023 - An early morning fire destroyed a garage and three vehicles that were kept inside.

The Shawswick Township Volunteer Fire Department, Lawrence County Fire Territory Ambulance and Marion Township Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched at 493 Leesville Road at 4:07 am Thursday morning.
The garage was already heavily involved in fire by the time Shawswick firefighters arrived.
The Pleasant Run Township Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched at 4:38 am to assist with tanker and manpower.
The cause of the fire is not known at this time.
