BEDFORD - FEBRUARY 13, 2023 - The Bedford Redevelopment approved the semiannual loan payment for the Stonegate Arts & Education Building in the amount of $203,262.50.

iN addition, the Bedford Redevelopment Commission approved a semiannual payment to Old Nation Wealth Management in the amount of $128,000. This is for a lease agreement between the Old National and Bedford Redevelopment Commission.
The loan for the Stonegate Arts & Education began in 2017 from the USDA which can be paid off early.
