Note on the agenda and during their vote they voted on Tracy Bailey to serve on the Lawrence County Redevelopment Commission it should read the Bedford Redevelopment Commission. This is to represent the school corporation as a non-voting member due to TIF funds being used.
The Mitchell School Corporation appoints a member to the Lawrence County Redevelopment Commission for the Lehigh TIF district as a non-voting member. This is by Indiana State Statue.
