If this was held in a venue, this could be a event to promote Lawrence County and promote youth at the same time.

Indiana State Police keeping tonight's spectators off of Indiana State Property keep the grass from getting damaged.
Lawrence County has an excellent opportunity to promote youth if it wants to. However, the political climate is reluctant just to go ahead and give it a try. In the right location this could be an economic boom and allow youth to be able to express themselves.
