SPRINGVILLE - ( March 30, 2022) - A Springville woman died in a traffic accident at 5:50 p.m. Monday evening when she was thrown from a motorcycle.
The accident occurred on U.S. 50 near County Road 790 West in Jackson County.
Cali Moriarty, 24, Springville died after the 2009 Yamaha motorcycle she was driving in the 8000 block of U.S. 50 traveled off the north side of the roadway.
Moriarty suffered fatal injuries when she was ejected from the crash.
Jackson County Sheriff's Department, Brownstown Police Department, Jackson County EMS, and Carr Township Volunteer Fire Department responded to the incident.
