The first request will be Jennifer King's request to re-zone a property located on John Williams Blvd for a new location of Bubba' Pizza.

from I-2 General Industrial District to B-3 Planned Business District. Jen
wishes to move her current business Bubbas Pizza to this location.
2. Public hearing for Mark Murphy who requests to subdivide his property
located at 2208 35th Street into two separate parcels. Travis Norman will be
present to speak.
