BEDFORD - FEBRUARY 3, 2023 - All the party candidates are safe in the primary election except for the Bedford City Council At- Large seats.
Incumbents Angel Hawkins and Dan Bortner is being challenged by the Lawrence County Republican chairman Heath Hawkins in the City of Bedford At -Large Council race.
Democrat Don George will face off with Kathy Blackburn the Republican candidate in the City of Bedford City Council District 5 Seat race in November.
