ELLETSVILLE - FEBRUARY 12, 2023 -At approximately 6:45 pm, Ellettsville Fire Department received a report of a building fire near Trooper Lane on Ratliff Road.

Firefighters responded with Ellettsville Engine 71, Engine 81, Chief 7-1 and Chief 7-0 responded.
Bloomington Fire Department Engine 4 and Monroe Fire Protection District Engine 29, Engine 25 and Chief 2-5 responded.
Upon arrival units reported fire from 2nd story window, pushing into the attic. Crews made a quick attack and knocked the fire down. Search was completed and residents were not home. Heavy fire, heat and smoke damage through the residence. No injuries reported
