MONROE COUNTY - MARCH 3, 2023 -Emergency crews responded to East Indiana State Road 46 and Gettys Creek around 3:00 am this morning for a motor vehicle accident.

Monroe County Fire Protection District Firefighters arrived to a two-vehicle accident with one car inverted. Both drivers were out of the vehicles upon emergency personnel arriving on scene and reported no injuries.
Road was temporarily shut down while emergency crews worked on the scene and the vehicles could be removed.
Monroe County Sheriff's Department, Monroe Fire Protection District, and IU Lifeline Bloomington was dispatched to the accident.
