Republican candidate Mitchell Mayor Elect Caudell used $1,500 of his own money in this year's race.
Mayor Elect Caudell who faced off with Democrat candidate Eugene "Pud" Terrell, who's campaign report showed Terrell did not have any reportable contributions or expenditures.

Republican candidate Dan Terrell, who won Mitchell City Council District 3 race did not have any reportable campaign contributions or expenditures.

In 2019, the Lawrence County Republican Party contributed $2,300 to Bedford Mayor Sam Craig's campaign when he was opposed in that year's election.
