MITCHELL - AUGUST 29,2023 - Lawrence County Highway Superintendent Brandi Webb reports that CSX Railroad has responded to their request to not delay the project any longer.
Webb reports that CLR will be closing the Mill Creek Road. Emergency Management have plans to deal with emergencies in the area.
The bridge work will take several months to complete.
