SHOALS - JUNE 8, 2022 - A Shoals man died in an Off-Road Vehicle Accident near Powell Valley Road in Martin County Tuesday afternoon.
According to reports from investigators Billy Craft 40, Shoals was found unresponsive after his Off-Road Vehicle left the roadway and striking a utility pole, and landed upside down.
Martin County Sheriff's Department has contacted the Indiana Department of Natural Resources to investigate the accident.
Responding agencies include Indiana State Police, Martin County Sheriff's Department, Martin County EMS, Orange County EMs, Lost River Fire Department, Martin County Coroner's office, and Indiana Department of Natural Resources Conservation Officers.
