SPRINGVILLE - JULY 27, 2023 - The real estate tax abatement for Embree Properties LLC have not yet been utilized as the approximate half-million-dollar project have not yet been constructed.
The locally family-owned business was founded in 2004. The business is a machining company.

Pat Embree appeared before the Lawrence County Council to update the council on the company's tax abatement.
The company planned the construction of a 80 X 148 Machine Shop building located on Indiana State Road 54 near Geer Lane. The construction of the building was projected at $450,000.
The company employs a total of six employees with a payroll of $250,000.
The company has a total of three abatements with the two additional abatements for equipment that includes a CNC machine.
The cost of the equipment of $923,000. The company originally had four tax abatements which included two abatements for property and two for real estate, according to previous records.
The project was to be completed in July, 2019 and the COVID-19 pandemic has slowed the construction and completion of this project.
The company is currently located at 1374 Greer Lane, Springville, Indiana.
