STATE - The Indiana Department of Transportation have been replacing new welcome signs across the state. Most Indiana residents and taxpayers are not speaking to kindly of the new signs.

Most of the comments are asking the state to focus on road repairs. There is no word on how much the new signs cost the taxpayers.
