Hearing on North Lawrence Community School lawsuit request for summary judgment held Aug 25th

LAWRENCE COUNTY AUGUST 25, 2023 - North Lawrence Community School Attorney Greg Pittman and attorney Glen Koch; for Jerry and Deanna Ford; and the Ford's appeared by Zoom with Monroe County Judge Holly Harvey on August 25, 2023 at 11:00 am.

On February 16, 2023 North Lawrence Community Schools asked for summary judgment after the school corporation was found to be an violation of Indiana Public Access Law.

Judge Holly Harvey , took the under advisement with a written order to follow soon.
