Emergency Crews Busy with Water Rescues, Bridge Wash Out and Flooded Roadways Friday Morning

LAWRENCE COUNTY - MAY 20,2022 - Story updated in this link -Emergency crews have been busy responding to numerous water rescues, road closures, fires and a bridge wash out from the thunderstorms that rolled through the county early Friday morning.


A bridge has been reported washed out on Stonington Road.



Water rescue underway at U.S. 50 east at Tabernacle of Praise church residents could not get out due to flooding
