CLARK COUNTY - MARCH 8, 2024 - As a result of this ongoing criminal investigation by the Indiana State Police Field Investigations, Detectives provided updated information and evidence to Special Prosecutor Richard J. Hertel, who filed for nine (9) felony charges against Kasey Noel, daughter of Jamey Noel.
This afternoon at approximately 4:20 p.m., Kasey Noel was taken into custody without incident at the Clark County Courthouse. Per order of the court, she was booked into the Clark County Detention Center before being transported to the Scott County Detention Center for incarceration.
Kasey Noel is being charged with the following:
Five (5) Counts of Theft, Level 6 Felonies
Four (4) Counts of Tax Evasion, Level 6 Felonies
She is going to be held without bond until her initial court appearance on Monday, March 11, 2024 at 10:30 a.m.
