Curb Appeal Project Explained during Mitchell City Council Meeting Monday night

MITCHELL - APRIL 4, 2023 - The City of Mitchell is looking to help property owners with curb appeal. The City of Mitchell is looking to match up to half of the $500 cost of property owners with small projects to help with their small project.

Adjoining neighbors can have at least $1500 towards a joint project. This project is modeled after Seymour, Indiana who did not have any response the first year. But, the program is now growing.


In Mitchell, the Industrial Park Board has set aside $10,000 for this project. The city council is learning more about the program and is expected to approve the program and rules at a later date.
