Bedford Planning Department Issues $2.3 Million in Residential Permits in March

BEDFORD - ( April 7, 2022) - The housing construction and renovations are starting to thaw out from winter in the City of Bedford. There was $2.3 Million in new home construction and remodeling going on the city.

The were a total of 8 permits for new residential construction.

The following permits were issued in March:

• Certificate of Occupancy - 1

• Commercial without inspection - 1

• Demolition - 2

• New Residential Construction - 8

• Residential without inspection - 2

• Residential with inspection - 3

• Signs - 8

• Total permits - 25
