Bedford Plan Commission to meet Tuesday afternoon

BEDFORD - JULY 10, 2023 - The Bedford Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday afternoon at the City Concourse.

Old Business:

1. Public hearing for Jay Nelson who requests to subdivide his property located

at U Street (Formally belonging to Southland Church of Christ) into 30-40

separate parcels for a housing addition. Travis Norman will be present to

speak.

2. Public hearing for Daryl Robinson who requests to subdivide his property

located at 330 Hawthorne Drive into two separate parcels. Travis Norman

will be present to speak.

3. Public hearing for Darak & Kathy Blackburn who requests to subdivide their

property located at 100 Rimrock Rd into three separate parcels. Travis

Norman will be present to speak.

New Business:

1. Preliminary hearing for Jennifer King who requests to rezone her property

located on John Williams Blvd. Parcel # 47-06-15-200-071.000-010 vacant

land from I-2 General Industrial District to B-3 Planned Business District.

Jen wishes to move her current business Bubbas Pizza to this location.

2. Preliminary hearing for Mark Murphy who requests to subdivide his

property located at 2208 35th Street into two separate parcels. Travis Norman

will be present to speak.
