1. Public hearing for Stephen Cole who is requesting a rezone of the property

located at 2627 Q Street and 1717 27 th Street Bedford, IN. The property is

currently zoned B-3 Planned Business District and he wishes to rezone the

property to R-3 Medium Density Residential District.
