BEDFORD - February 15, 2023 - The Bedford Plan Commission moved Southland Church of Christ request to subdivide their property into two parcels.
The property located at 2201 26th Street in Bedford will be subdivided into two parcels the first 3.155 acres and the second tract will be 8.484 acres.
The church determined they no longer needed the space. The request has moved on to the public hearing next month.
The Bedford Plan Commission approved Jerry Bell request to subdivide the property located at 3148 Mitchell Road into two parcels. Concerns expressed from President Bryon Buker about there only one septic system during last month's meeting. This was addressed by addressed by Travis Norman.
Norman says both the septic, water and sewer will be separated as noted in the purchase agreements.
The plan commission moved Joshua Lewis request for rezoning of the property located at 2519-2531 29th Street on to a public hearing. This property is where the former Broadview Bowling Alley was located and more information about this in another news feature.
Discussion and questions and answers lasted more than 18 minutes on the proposal.
