OOLITIC - AUGUST 31, 20222 - The Oolitic Town Council still has not found out who owns the guardrail on Main Street near State Road 37.
The ownership of the guardrail has been in question since a traffic accident damaged it, several months ago. The repairs of the guardrail is needed as well as the insurance company trying to find out who own's it.
At this time the Town of Oolitic, Lawrence County Highway and Indiana Department of Transportation has not been able to come up with a definite anwser.
