MARTIN COUNTY - FEBRUARY 11, 2023 - Nathan Rihm has been named as Superintendent of West Boggs Park. He started his role on February 3rd
Nathan was born and raised in Jasper Indiana. After moving to Terre Haute after graduation, he earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University in Earth and Environmental Science. This course of study aligned with his passion for the outdoors and how natural processes shape our environment. During his free time, Nathan enjoys spending time with nearby friends and family, and outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, kayaking and hiking.
Nathan is looking forward to serving the community and is confident his interests, goals and previous experiences will benefit the park and its patrons. He has previously worked on a sailing yacht, as an ocean kayak guide, and in various other service and recreation-based positions. He greatly enjoys building teams and exceeding customers’ expectations. Nathan has also managed several restaurants in the past and has owned and operated a kayak company in Maui. He is passionate about both the outdoors and customer service and he is delighted to bring both of these to the community.
Nathan and his fiancé Alison are delighted to be living near friends and family and to be working for the surrounding community. We look forward to his addition to our park management team.
