Water main break on James Avenue closes some restaurants in Bedford

BEDFORD - OCTOBER 14, 2023 - A water main break on James Avenue has closed Golden Corral and a couple other restaurants along James Avenue.

The leak happened in the area of KFC restaurant and as of 8:08 pm Saturday, Bedford Utilities have not arrived to start making the needed repairs.

The businesses was closed most of the day on Saturday which is a very busy for the businesses with workers and businesses missing out on needed income.

There is no word on when the repair work will be completed.
