MITCHELL - DECEMBER 19, 2022 - Due to only one candidate applying for the Vacant Mitchell City Council Caucus before the deadline, the Lawrence County Republican party will no longer need to hold the caucus on December 20th.
The seat was vacant due to Nathan Jenkins appointed Mayor of Mitchell.
Vicky Schlegel appointed to the Mitchell City Council District 2 Seat
Vicky Schlegel was the only candidate that applied, and therefore will be appointed to vacant city council position.
