Traffic accident with injuries on U.S. 50 West Monday afternoon

BEDFORD - NOVEMBER 20, 2023 - Emergency crews are working a traffic accident with injuries on U.S. 50 West near Blue Springs Caverns Road in the 10000 block.

A vehicle landed on its roof several feet off the roadway.

Bedford Fire Department and Marion Township Fire Departments performed extircation at the scene.

The accident was reported around 12:15 pm Monday afteernoon.

Lawrence County Police Deeartment investigating the accident.

Bedford Fire Department, IU Lifeline Ambulance, Lawrence County Sheriff's Department, and Marion Township Volunteer Fire Department worked the accident scene.
