BEDFORD - (December 20,2021) - The Bedford Redevelopment Meeting will have a special meeting on Wednesday afternoon at 4:15 p.m. at the Milwaukee Depot on J Street.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the purchase/lease of the former Aldi's building located at 2308 16th Street.
The Bedford Redevelopment Commission will meet in a Special Meeting on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 4:15 p.m. at the Milwaukee Depot, which is located at the corner of 14th and J Streets in Bedford, Indiana, for the following purposes:
1. Consideration of a Resolution (a) approving a purchase agreement for the Aldi’s building and the real estate located at 2308 West 16th Street, Bedford, Indiana; (b) authorizing the purchase of the Aldi’s building and the real estate located at 2308 West 16th Street, Bedford, Indiana; and, (c) authorizing the appointment of two appraisers to appraise the Aldi’s building and real estate located at 2308 West 16th Street, Bedford, Indiana.
