SPRINGVILLE - (December 31, 2021) - The Lawrence County Sheriff Department, Perry Township VFD and IU Health Ambulance received report of the gunshot victim at 7:15 p.m. at Springville Grocery.
There is no word on the circumstances regarding the incident, as the investigation has just begun. No one from the Perry Township Volunteer Fire Department would comment on the situation at the scene.
Investigation Underway following Gun Shot Victim at Springville Grocery
One person was transported to the hospital by ambulance no word on that person's condition It was reported that a male had suffered a gunshot wound to his head according to initial reports.
Police officers were also dispatched a traffic accident at State Road 37 and 54 Junction with reports several vehicles are involved, just minutes following the incident in Springville.
