Ooltic Police Department Responds to 246 Calls For Service

OOLITIC - (November 29- 2021) - During the Oolitic Town Council meeting Monday night, Oolitic Deputy Town Marshall James Harrington gave an update on the calls for service by the K-9 unit.

Total calls for service - 246


Deputy Marshal Harrington told the council that most of the drug arrests were not Oolitic residents. Most of the drug arrests were people passing through.


Residents still expressed concerned about the number of speeding vehicles in a couple areas of the town.
