One Person Dies in Farming Accident on Barlettsville Road Thursday Night

BARTLETTSVILLE - JUNE 17, 2022 - One person has died following a farming accident in the 3500 block of Bartlettsville Road Thursday evening.

The call reporting the accident was reported at 7:24 p.m.

The person was trapped by a tractor for an extended period of time. Details of the incident is not yet available by the Lawrence County Sheriff's Department.

Lawrence County Zephyr will release more details when they become available.

Emergency personnel from Bedford Fire Department, Pleasant Run Township, Shawswick Township Volunteer Fire Departments, IU Lifeline Ambulance, Lawrence County Sheriff's Department, and Lawrence County Coroners Office responded to the incident.
