BEDFORD - (January 4, 2021) - New residential construction in the City of Bedford kept the construction business nice and warm for the start of the winter season. The new residential construction hit over $1 Million for the month of December.
New homes were being constructed on Lucy Lane and Daisy Lane in Bedford with the two projects together construction costs were estimated at about $950,000.
During the month of December, Bedford Planning Department reports that a total of 14 permits were issued.
