MITCHELL - JULY 14, 2022 - The Mitchell Community School board received updates on the Captial Improvement project that is underway.
The turf is expected in later in the week and steel will be delivered for the Maintenance Building.
During the school board meeting approved to authorize the sale of surplus property which include items from the softball equipment and IT products.
The estimated $16.8 Million project includes:

Voted to recertify the School Board Election districts which will remain the same as previously. This year Mitchell Community School District 2 is up for re-election
Approved the return to School Plan for 2022-2023 the plan will be similar to last year's opening during COVID 19
Appointed Suzanne Patton to Mitchell Community Public Library Board
Approved Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapy assistant, for the 2022-2023 School year
Approved the Mitchell Community School Adminstrator Benefits Package
Approved to employ as needed to open the school in case of resignation of unfilled postion
Award the bid to Mehrinder for Mitchell Community School HVAC renovations for bid of $957,292
