The Lawrence County Commissioners will meet in Executive Session on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, immediately following its regular public meeting, which begins at 9:30 a.m. local time.

1. To discuss strategy regarding the recent litigation commenced by the State of

Indiana against Lawrence County, Indiana as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-

1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
