Lawrence County Deputy EMA Director Scott Smith encourages getting address signs

LAWRENCE COUNTY - NOVEMBER 24, 2023 - Lawrence County Deputy EMA Director Scott Smith encourages residents to get address signs placed so emergency responders can locate their residence.

Many locations throughout the county have unmarked addresses or mailboxes with the address on them that are difficult to read.

Lawrence County volunteer fire departments are selling reflective address signs as a fundraiser for their fire departments.


Contact your local fire department about getting a reflective sign.
