Lawrence County Candidate Forum April 14th Lawrence County Fairgrounds

LAWRENCE COUNTY - (March 13, 2022) - A candidate forum will be held on April 14th starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Lawrence County 4-H Fairground Expo Hall.

Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with the following candidates:

• Lawrence County Commissioner

• Lawrence County Council

• Lawernce County Sheriff

• State Representative District 65

• U.S. Congress District 9

The event is being sponsored by Lawrence County Farm Bureau Incorporated with each candidate will be given three minutes each and talk about issues they see facing their perspective roles if elected.

This event is open to the public and free of charge.

Lawrence County Zephyr will begin election coverage starting this week with questions submitted by Lawrence County Zephyr subscribers.
