Cory B. Lee, 30, West Baden, pleaded guilty to Unlawful Possession of a Syringe, a Level 6 felony, on February 17, 2022, as a part of a negotiated plea agreement with the State of Indiana. He was originally sentenced to 910 days, with time served, and the remainder of his sentence suspended. He was ordered to serve 545 days on supervised probation in exchange for his guilty plea.
However, after failing to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation, Cline sentenced Lee to 650 days in the Indiana Department of Correction.
