Indianapolis woman is still missing after several months - Daughter is worried about her health

INDIANAPOLIS - JANUARY 23, 2023 - An Indianapolis woman has been missing for several months and her daughter from Mitchell, Indiana is growing concerned about her well-being.


Julie A.Tow has been missing for several months from the Indianapolis area


Julie A. Tow was last seen in October in Indianapolis, in the area of Troy Avenue, at a business called 3D Auto Center.


She could be in danger to others and herself, who has a mental illness and is typically unaware of her whereabouts while is under psychosis.


Tow does not qualify for the silver alert criteria from the Indiana State Police. A detective and Indiana Department of Homeland Security is now looking into the case.



In November, Jae Tolbert, her daughter from Mitchell, Indiana filed a missing person's report back on November 16, 2022, after her public defender from her court case wanted to know where Tow was.


Because she has failed to show up for her court date, criminal charges are now pending.


" I am getting sick to my stomach about it every day,"


" I just want to know if she is safe, I really do not know if she is alive", said Tolbert in a Facebook posting about her mother.


If anyone knows the whereabouts of Tow is asked to contact the Indiana State Police Post in Indianapolis.


As of January 23, 2023, there still is no signs of Tow, and her daughter has grown more concerned over her health and safety. Tolbert wants people to share this information to across Facebook and other social media to get the word out.
