Indiana Attorney General Releases Statement on U.S. Court of Appeals Ruling

INDIANAPOLIS— (December 18,2021) - Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita issued the following statement following the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit’s decision to dissolve the Fifth Circuit’s stay of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) rule implementing the Biden Administration’s vaccine mandate order.

“We will not be deterred by the Sixth Circuit’s decision. I am committed to defending Hoosiers’ liberty,” said Attorney General Rokita. “We have already appealed this finding to the US Supreme Court. These outlandish mandates will not be tolerated.”
