"If Walls Could Talk" Lives Saved, Healing, and Passing of Loved Ones - Babies Born - Dunn Hosp

BEDFORD - DECEMBER 14, 2022 - Today is only a reflection of the many years that Dunn Memorial Hospital and finally St. Vincent Hospital served the community of Lawrence County, Indiana. The hospital will be missed as the many years the employees were a vital service to the community.



Today, we would like to give you the opportunity to recall, reflect and remember how the hospital impacted your life. Many of born in the hospital, and some visiting the emergency department for any childhood mishap, all happening under one roof.


Maybe you were an employee at the hospital. Many even come to eat lunch at the hospital because the hospital over the years served some of the best food.


The hospital at one time was the best in treating the cardiac patients with the best physicians and cath lab.


Not to mention the numerous New Year's day babies that were born at the hospital.


The hospital had many expansions over the years to meet the health care needs of the community.



"If the walls of the hospital could talk" The many physicians and nurses who passed through the halls, babies born, lives saved, healing from illness and even the passing of loved ones over the years. Dunn Memorial Hospital played a vital role to many people.
