Updated: Gannett to shutter printing operations in Bedford

BEDFORD - JANUARY 19, 2023 - Gannett announced that the printing and pascking facilities in Bedford will cease operations in April.

The operations will be shifted to Indianapolis.

The newspapers for Henderson Gleaner, Martinsville Reporter-Times, Evansville - Courier & Press, Mooresville Decatur Times and Spencer Evening World will now be printed at the Indianapolis location.

All production employees will be impacted by the closure.

The last day of printing will be April 2, 2023, for the April 3rd, publication.

Gannett did not say how many employees will be effected by the closure.
