FRENCH LICK man arrested for Operating While Intoxicated and Animal Cruely
FRENCH LICK - AUGUST 17, 2023 - Wednesday evening, August 16th, Indiana State Police Trooper Noah Ewing was advised about Jeremy Quinn having a warrant out of Orange County.
Trooper Ewing observed Quinn driving in French Lick and stopped the vehicle. Quinn showed signs of impairment and failed field sobriety tests. Quinn later refused a chemical test. Quinn also admitted to killing his dog with a knife.
