Nine fire apparatuses and 1 ambulance responded with 15 men and women to assist in extinguishing the blaze. Because of the large amount of ice on the road in the area of the fire Lawrence County Highway Department responded with a plow truck to spread salt on the roadway to address the icy conditions created during the fire operations.

Fire departments were on scene for approximately three hours working to extinguish the blaze. Cause of the fire has not been determined at this time. No injuries were reported
