Evacuations Underway in Paoli Due to Flooding

PAOLI - FEBRUARY 16, 2023 - Emergency personnel from Paoli Police, Paoli Fire, and IU Lifeline Paoli have been dispatched to area of St. Charles Street in Paoli to assist with evacuating residents.

The call for the evacuation came in around 5:07 am. At this time, it is not known how many are being evacuated at this time.

Several reports of flash flooding have reported throughout Orange County.

Heavy rain, thunderstorms and severe thunderstorms are possible throughout Southern Indiana today.
