Ellettsville Firefighters Respond to Mobile Home Fire Thursday morning

Ellettsville Fire Department's Engine 81, Engine 71, Chief 7-0, Chief 7-1, Chief 7-2 responded along with assistance from Monroe Fire Protection District which included Battalion 29, Engine 29, and Engine 25. Lifeline Medic 204 also responded. Initial reports were possible residents still inside.

Engine 81 arrived with a working fire and began search and extinguishment operations. No injuries were reported, and the residents were not home.

The mobile home received heavy fire and smoke damage. Red Cross is assisting the residents. Special thanks to Monroe County Emergency Dispatch for assisting us with coordination of resources during the incident.
