Duke Energy Restores Power on State Road 54 between Avoca and Springville

AVOCA - Duke Energy Customers finally got their power restored after a tree fell on power lines on Indiana State Road 54 just west of Avoca Wednesday afternoon.

The power outage left many in the dark for several hours.

It took several crews from Duke Energy to get the power back on.

Duke Energy crews had most of the power restored to customers about 8:00 pm with crews making the final repairs.
